About the RoleWe are hiring interns to work directly with the Founder’s Office, each taking ownership of a strategic mandate across Corporate Finance, Real Estate, Corporate Gifting and Consumer Brands.

The role sits close to decision-making. You will be expected to understand the objective, structure the problem, identify the right people or opportunities, and move it forward with limited supervision.

The work will vary by mandate, but the expectation remains the same: good judgement, strong commercial instinct and the ability to get things done.

Scope of WorkCorporate Finance

Work alongside the Founder’s Office on active financing, investment banking and M&A; mandates. Identify relevant companies, investors and financial institutions, evaluate opportunities, develop financial and strategic material, and support conversations through to execution.

Real Estate

Build relationships with leading developers, promoters and decision-makers. Identify potential partnerships, joint ventures and development opportunities, and originate conversations that can translate into transactions.

Corporate Gifting

Develop the corporate gifting business for Punekar Jewellers. Identify high-value institutional opportunities, establish relationships with corporate decision-makers and take ownership of developing the pipeline from initial conversation to commercial opportunity.

Consumer Brands





Work on the development of a recent cosmetics venture. Study the category and competitive landscape, identify and engage leading brand strategists and industry specialists, and contribute to decisions around positioning, brand architecture and go-to-market strategy.

Performance ExpectationsYou will not be measured by the number of presentations you make or hours you spend researching.

You will be expected to add tangible value to your workstream by originating the right conversations, bringing relevant people to the table, developing useful insights, identifying opportunities and helping convert thinking into action.

Desirable CandidatesWe are particularly interested in:

- Students from Tier-1 business schools with a strong interest in strategy, finance or entrepreneurship
- CFA Level I cleared candidates with a serious interest in Investment Banking, M&A; and Corporate Finance
- Candidates with a demonstrated interest or experience in brand strategy and consumer businesses
- Individuals who are self-confident, commercially curious and highly self-motivated
- People comfortable communicating with founders, CXOs, investors and senior industry professionals
- Individuals who can operate independently without requiring a detailed playbook for every assignment

Academic credentials matter, but initiative, judgement and the ability to create momentum matter more.
