Role Description The Founder will lead STACKMIND TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED’s overall vision, strategy, and execution in a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining the company’s product and service roadmap, making key business and technology decisions, and overseeing operations across functions such as engineering, sales, marketing, and finance.

The Founder will build and mentor the core team, establish efficient processes, and foster a collaborative, inclusive work culture. The role also involves managing stakeholder relationships, including clients, partners, and investors,



as well as ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and financial requirements. The Founder is expected to monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and guide the company through different stages of growth.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, with experience launching or scaling technology-driven ventures.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, including team building, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Solid understanding of business strategy, finance, and operations in a startup or growth-stage environment.
- Ability to define product vision and align technology decisions with market needs and customer outcomes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with internal and external partners.
- Comfort with high levels of responsibility, ambiguity, and rapid decision-making in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; advanced degrees are beneficial but not required.
- Prior experience working in or with companies in Bengaluru or similar technology hubs is an advantage.
