Pivot Health, a healthcare startup, is looking for a Founder's Office Associate to work directly with the founding team.

This is a full time, in-office role with the opportunity to work across multiple functions and take ownership of projects as the company grows.

You'll be doing real work across these areas:

? Content — help create and coordinate content across formats for Pivot Health's brand, research trends in the health & wellness space, and assist with drafting and editing content for social media, website and company brochures.

⚙️ Operations — coordinate day-to-day work across teams, track deliverables and follow-ups, and maintain documentation, trackers and processes.

? Sales & Marketing — make outbound calls to prospective customers, follow up on leads, maintain records in the sales tracker, and assist with social media content creation and management across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.





? New Projects & Initiatives — brainstorm, research and help execute new opportunities, projects and digital assets across different initiatives of the startup.

Who should apply

✅ 0–2 years of experience. Freshers are welcome.

✅ Robust written and verbal English

✅ Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT/Claude for research, drafting and productivity

✅ Confident making outbound calls and handling conversations
