Homebuyers can literally walk inside their future apartment using a VR headset — before the building is constructed.

Founded in Jan 2025, we already work with developers like Hiranandani, Godrej Properties, L&T; Realty, Rustomjee, Mayfair Housing, Landmaark Realties and more.

We operate at the intersection of tech + real estate + storytelling + sales.

Role Description

You will work directly with the founder (IIT graduate, ex-US startup founder) and help run the company across multiple functions.

This is a high-ownership, fast-learning role — closer to a mini-operator than a traditional job.

Sales

- Reach out to recent real estate developers
- Attend meetings and demo the VR product
- Help negotiate and close deals

Project Management
- Coordinate with architects, client teams and our tech team
- Collect drawings & project data needed for VR
- Help manage timelines and organize site/drone shoots





Customer Success
- Take client feedback
- Ensure improvements reach the tech team

Marketing
- Brainstorm and execute Instagram/reel content
- Work with our in-house video editors to refine content

Qualifications

- 1–3 years work experience
- Strong communication skills
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Interested in startups, technology, or real estate
- Someone who wants to learn how businesses actually run
- This role is perfect for a generalist who is comfortable with wearing multiple hats

Compensation and Work Location

₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on skills & experience)

? Wadala, Mumbai (office is 5 min from Wadala Station, 15 min from Dadar Station)

? Hybrid — 3 days office + 3 days WFH

? Alternate Saturdays holidays

? Occasional site visits required in MMR region
