Role Overview The Field Officer Collection will be responsible for undertaking field-level collection activities and supporting the soft recovery process within the assigned geographical area. The role requires regular customer interaction, effective follow-up, field visits and adherence to the prescribed collection processes and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities The incumbent will be responsible for visiting and interacting with customers within the assigned territory for collection and soft recovery activities. The role involves maintaining professional customer relationships while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding dues in accordance with the applicable collection process.
The FOS will maintain accurate records of field visits, customer interactions and collection activities through the prescribed reporting mechanisms and digital platforms.
The incumbent will coordinate with the concerned team and ensure timely submission of collection-related updates and reports. The role requires maintaining high standards of integrity, skilled conduct, customer handling and compliance while performing field activities.
Candidate Eligibility The candidate must be a Graduate and should possess a valid DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certificate, which is compulsory for all candidates.
Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience,
preferably in collections or field recovery.
Candidates should preferably belong to the local area of the respective location to facilitate effective field coverage and customer interaction.
The candidate should have good knowledge of the local language, including reading, writing and speaking, along with the ability to read and write English.
Mandatory Requirements A valid DRA Certificate is compulsory for this position.
The candidate must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
The candidate must have a smartphone and should be comfortable using mobile applications, PCs, laptops and other digital tools required for field operations and reporting.
