About CynLr

Just like a baby’s brain, CynLr Visual Intelligence stack makes Robots to instinctively see & pick any object under any ambience, without any training. (a demo video link).

Today, there does not exist a robot that can fit a screw into a nut without slipping a thread. Imagine what it would take for a robot to assemble a Smartphone or a car by putting together 1000s of parts with varied shapes and weights, all in random orientations. Thus, factories become complex, needing heavy customization of their environment.

CynLr enabled visual robots intuitively learn to handle even unknown objects on-the-fly – thus eliminating the need for customization and therefore are a universal alternative to custom machines. CynLr's vision is simplifying factory lines into modular LEGO blocks of micro-factories.

Simplifying factories with robots that can pick & place any object has been a 40-year-old pipe dream - touted as The Holy Grail of Robotics.

About The Role

Frontier technologies rarely come to life through technological breakthroughs alone. They emerge when evolving technologies and evolving markets progressively converge—through deliberate customer engagement, commercial validation, and the systematic cultivation of institutional trust.

This role exists to facilitate that convergence.

Working directly with the Founders, you will contribute across the complete market gestation lifecycle that CynLr is pioneering—from discovering opportunities hidden within customer operations, to shaping early demonstrations and pilot programs, to building the trust, partnerships, narratives, and commercial momentum that ultimately give rise to entirely new markets.

You will often be among the first representatives of the organization that prospective customers, partners, investors, and industry leaders encounter. Whether preparing for executive meetings, participating in customer workshops, demonstrating technology, representing CynLr at industry events, or communicating the long-term vision of the company, your work will directly influence how the market understands both the technology and the organization behind it.

The outcome we care about is not simply winning customers. It is systematically creating the conditions under which frontier technologies become trusted, adopted, and commercially inevitable.

Nature of the Role The scope of this role is intentionally wide. We look for individuals who think in systems, communicate with clarity, and are excited by the challenge of building new markets from first principles. The work extends beyond customer interactions to designing, validating, and continuously refining the systems for CynLr’s Go-to-Market Function.

You may find yourself preparing for a strategic customer meeting in the morning, coordinating a product demonstration in the afternoon, synthesizing market insights into GTM frameworks,

supporting fundraising discussions, or designing new operating mechanisms that improve how opportunities are discovered, validated, and scaled. What matters is not prior exposure to every activity, but the ability to learn rapidly, reason systematically, and translate experience into repeatable organizational knowledge.

•Research industries, manufacturing processes, and customer organizations to identify high-potential applications.

•Help translate ambiguous customer challenges into clearly articulated commercial opportunities.

•Build emerging market insights and theses.

2. Demonstrations, Pilots & Commercial Validation

•Coordinate product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and pilot engagements with customers.

•Work closely with engineering teams to align technical demonstrations with commercial objectives.

•Support the design, planning, and execution of customer validation programs.

•Track operational, technical, organizational, and economic learnings from customer engagements.

•Help transform customer feedback into repeatable GTM frameworks and product improvements.

What We Look For

- Ability to think in systems, connect seemingly unrelated information, and synthesize structured insights from ambiguity.
- Genuine curiosity and passion about technology, manufacturing, business, and how industries evolve.
- Strong commercial intuition and the ability to understand customer problems beyond their stated requirements.
- Comfort engaging with senior executives, engineers, operators, and investors with equal confidence and professionalism.

2. Supporting Skills & Mindset

- High degree of ownership, initiative, and bias towards execution.
- Ability to work independently in environments with evolving priorities and limited structure.
- Strong analytical thinking supported by clear documentation and knowledge capture.
- Comfortable learning unfamiliar domains rapidly and translating learning into practical action.
- Appreciation for experimentation, iteration, and evidence-based decision making.
- Ability to alternate seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution without losing momentum or attention to detail.

3. Tool Knowledge

- Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer pipeline management tools
- Comfortable building spreadsheets, dashboards, and lightweight analytical models.
- Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, research, communication, and commercial workflows.
- Exposure to no-code/low-code automation platforms, CRM automation, outbound prospecting tools, or workflow builders is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of APIs, software tools, and digital workflows that improve GTM execution is a robust advantage.

What Matters Most

Tool proficiency, prior industry experience, or formal business education are not primary filters. We value individuals who demonstrate exceptional learning ability, structured thinking, intellectual curiosity, and a genuine desire to build something that has never existed before.
