About SoulpopSoulpop is building a new consumer wellness brand around the idea of the Micropause — small sensory rituals designed for the moments when contemporary life feels a little too much.

The RoleWe’re looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial generalist to work directly with the Founder and help keep the entire Soulpop ecosystem moving.

You’ll be a sounding board, problem-solver and execution partner — someone who can think with the Founder, manage moving pieces and independently take projects from idea to execution.

What you'll do

- Work closely with the Founder on strategy, ideas, research and special projects.
- Coordinate with our social, creative, activation and other external agencies — briefs, feedback, timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain a single master tracker of everything happening across Soulpop: product, agencies, launches, partnerships, vendors, legal, website, etc.
- Ensure projects continue moving when the Founder isn't involved in every conversation.
- Identify and pursue BD and partnership opportunities — cafés, fitness studios, hotels, communities, events, etc.
- Take opportunities from idea → outreach → conversation → execution.
- Prepare decks, briefs, proposals,



research and meeting notes.
- Maintain institutional memory: decisions, projects, conversations and next steps.
- Flag things that need the Founder's attention before they become problems.

- Highly organised and naturally follows things through.
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on — comfortable sending the email, making the call and chasing the opportunity.
- Comfortable working with agencies and external partners.
- Interested in brands, culture, consumer behaviour and new ideas.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Confident enough to challenge the Founder constructively.

You don't need to be a strategist, salesperson or project manager by profession. You need to be someone who can do a bit of all three. This role is NOTA traditional PMO, EA, social media manager or pure strategy role.

It's for someone who wants to be very close to the Founder and help build something from zero.

The ideal candidate: smart enough to think, organised enough to execute, and young enough to roll up their sleeves.
