Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

As part of its continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead its Food & Beverage operations and enhance the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

- Lead the day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banqueting.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, revenue, and operational performance.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery aligned with international hospitality standards.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop Food & Beverage team members to build a high-performing workforce.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, hygiene, and service consistency.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu planning, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and cost-control initiatives.
- Monitor inventory, purchasing, supplier relationships, and stock control.
- Analyze sales performance, guest feedback, and operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health, and occupational safety regulations.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and key stakeholders.




- Lead and coordinate conferences, private events, and banqueting operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within a reputable 4-star or 5-star hotel or international hospitality brand.
- Strong understanding of restaurant, bar, banquet, and catering operations.
- Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and quality assurance standards.
- Experience using hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), POS systems, and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages will be an advantage.
