Job Role Finishing Works Front Line Supervisor (FLS)

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day finishing activities for high-rise residential projects, with primary focus on blockwork and plastering works.
- Guide and monitor workmen/subcontractors to ensure activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and planned schedule.
- Ensure proper line, level, alignment, dimensions, and workmanship for blockwork and plastering activities.
- Monitor manpower deployment, productivity, and activity-wise targets to achieve planned floor/tower progress.
- Coordinate with civil, MEP, structural, and other finishing teams to ensure proper sequencing and avoid clashes, delays, and rework.
- Check material availability and ensure proper utilization of blocks, mortar, plaster materials, and other consumables.




- Conduct routine quality checks and ensure timely rectification of observations and defects.
- Assist in daily planning, progress tracking, measurements, inspections, and reporting of completed works.
- Identify site constraints and execution issues and coordinate with the concerned engineer for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to EHS requirements and protected working practices by all workmen under supervision.
- Support the team in achieving planned floor cycle, productivity, and quality targets while minimizing material wastage and rework.
