About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Floor Manager to oversee day-to-day floor operations, manage the front-office/support team, ensure smooth patient flow and deliver an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily floor and branch operations.

Supervise and coordinate staff members.

Ensure smooth patient flow and minimize waiting time.

Coordinate with doctors, reception, optometrists and other departments.

Handle patient queries, complaints and escalations.

Monitor staff attendance, discipline, grooming and performance.





Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of records.

Monitor cleanliness and overall floor standards.

Resolve operational issues efficiently.

Prepare daily/weekly operational reports.

Support branch targets and service-quality objectives.

Train and guide team members when required.

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/Healthcare Management preferred.

1-3 years of experience in hospital, clinic, healthcare, retail, hospitality or customer-service operations.

Strong communication and team-management skills.

Good problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Patient/customer-oriented approach.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

- Comfortable working in a quick-paced healthcare environment.
