- Conduct daily group fitness classes including and other wellness programs for hotel guests and members
- Maintain and inspect all fitness equipment regularly to ensure proper functioning and safety standards
- Create and manage weekly fitness class schedules and timetables to optimize member engagement and facility utilization
- Monitor client progress, provide motivational support, and adjust training programs as needed to achieve fitness objectives
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professional standards throughout the fitness center and related facilities
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in accordance with hotel and industry standards
- Organize and assist with fitness-related events, wellness workshops, and promotional activities
- Provide expert fitness consultations and recommendations to hotel guests and members




- Maintain current fitness certifications and stay informed of the latest fitness trends and best practices
- Collaborate with other wellness staff to deliver comprehensive health and fitness services
- Document and report on member attendance, progress, and satisfaction metrics

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of professional fitness instruction experience
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and proper exercise form and technique
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in using fitness equipment and technology
