About the Role

We are looking for a Executive to handle day-to-day back-office and operational activities across Mutual Funds, Equity, Insurance and Loan products. Freshers with a graduation degree are welcome to apply, and full training will be provided.

Equity & Demat Operations

Insurance Operations

Loan Operations

Other Financial Product Operations - Capital Gain Bonds and Corporate Fixed Deposits, keeping FD-related data updated in the relevant software.

Client & Internal Coordination

Required Skills

● Graduate in any discipline — graduation is compulsory.

● 0–1 years of experience in Mutual Fund, Equity, Broking, Insurance, Loan, Financial Services or Back Office Operations is preferred, though freshers are welcome and will be trained.

● Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Office and basic knowledge of AI tools.

● Good written and verbal communication skills,



with solid attention to detail and accuracy.

● Good organisational and follow-up skills, with the ability to handle multiple operational activities simultaneously.

● A basic understanding of Mutual Funds, Equity, Insurance, Loans and other financial products is an advantage, along with a genuine willingness to learn financial products, processes and operational systems.

Certifications

● NISM-Series-V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification — preferred/willing to give.

● NISM-Series-VIII: Equity Derivatives Certification — preferred/willing to give.

● Any insurance-related certification — an advantage.

● Someone comfortable with documentation and data entry, who takes a responsible and detail-oriented approach to their work.

● Someone looking to build a long-term career in Financial Services.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
