Our team of highly experienced professionals assists financial executives with their most complex business needs, including Accounting Advisory, Financial Operations, IPO, M&A;, and

Managed Services.

Responsibilities:

- Project management and ability to manage/interact with client and external audit teams.
- Ability to understand and plan a typical audit approach.
- Strong understanding of the key ITGC domains namely user access provisioning &

administration, change management and IT operations.
- Identifying and documenting system risk.
- Strong understanding of ITGC considerations and differences between SaaS and internally developed system environments.
- ITGC systems and controls scoping.
- Documenting ITGC controls and policies.




- Performing ITGC controls walk throughs and testing.
- Leading ITGC controls assessments and developing implementation roadmaps.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- 5-7 years of experience working in the ITGC space.
- Experience working with Engineering teams and homegrown technology stacks and ITGC’s
- Experience with our common SaaS applications (NetSuite, Workday, SFDC, Coupa)
- Cybersecurity experience
- Experience with internally developed proprietary applications
- Assessing and remediating controls preferred
- SOC 1 reports preferred
- Segregation of duties preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent required
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
