We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Associate to join our Business Finance team. This role will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to drive financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and data-led business decisions across our brands and distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities-

Business Planning & Forecasting

- Assist in preparing annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and financial plans.
- Work with various departments to gather inputs and align financial plans with business objectives.
- Translate overall revenue and profitability targets into measurable KPIs for individual departments and business segments.
- Monitor business performance against budgets and forecasts.

Financial Analysis

- Analyse revenue, expenses, profitability, and other key financial metrics.
- Identify and investigate variances between actual performance and budget/forecast.
- Track and maintain KPIs across business segments and brands.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
- Highlight key trends, risks, opportunities, and areas requiring attention.

Data & Customer Analytics

- Analyse customer, product,



and distribution-channel data to identify business opportunities.
- Work closely with data analysts and cross-functional teams to drive data-led decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to optimise products and distribution channels.
- Use data and insights to improve operational efficiency and business performance.

New Business & Expansion

- Partner with business leaders on new projects and expansion initiatives.
- Support financial analysis and planning for new outlets, products, and distribution channels.
- Build business cases and evaluate financial implications of new initiatives.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in FP&A;, Business Finance, Financial Analysis, Management Reporting, or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with a good understanding of financial statements and business performance metrics.
- Solid proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in a startup, hospitality, consumer business, or FP&A; function will be an advantage.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
