About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced finance leader to head our end-to-end finance function across hotel operations. In this role, you will take full ownership of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal controls to ensure financial discipline and long-term business sustainability. Beyond core controllership, you will serve as a strategic partner to operational leaders, driving bottom-line profitability, leading cost optimization initiatives, streamlining vendor management, and implementing robust SOPs.

What We Are Looking For

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7–8+ years of post-qualification experience.
- At least 2–3 years of proven leadership experience as a Financial Controller, Head of Finance, or in an equivalent senior controllership role.
- Direct domain exposure in Hospitality, Retail, F&B;, or Multi-unit Operations (preferred).
- Strong technical command over accounting, financial reporting, AOP/budgeting,



working capital/cash flow management, and internal financial controls (IFC).
- Proven track record of identifying cost leakages, driving operational efficiencies, and boosting unit-level profitability.
- Demonstrated experience in vendor evaluations, commercial negotiations, and contract lifecycle management.
- Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional stakeholder management capabilities.
- Comfort and agility in navigating quick-paced, dynamic, and high-growth operational setups.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Financial Controllership: Lead the full accounting and financial lifecycle for hotel operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting and month-end/year-end closures.
- Budgeting, Forecasting & AOP: Drive annual operating plans (AOP), monthly rolling forecasts, and variance analyses to provide actionable financial insights to business leadership.
- Cash Flow & Working Capital Management: Oversee treasury, fund planning, collections, and working capital cycles to optimize liquidity across all operating units.
- Cost Optimization & Profitability Analysis: Monitor unit-level and consolidated P&Ls;, analyze cost drivers, plug revenue leakages, and implement targeted initiatives to enhance overall margins.
- Internal Controls & SOP Implementation: Design, standardize, and enforce robust internal financial control frameworks and operational SOPs to mitigate operational and financial risks.
- Vendor & Commercial Management: Oversee vendor payment cycles, conduct periodic supplier audits, and lead commercial negotiations to optimize procurement and operational costs.
- Audit & Statutory Compliance: Direct and coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits (Direct & Indirect taxes), ensuring zero-defect compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Cross-Functional Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with general managers, procurement, operations, and leadership to align financial strategy with overall business growth.
- Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and build a high-performing finance and accounts team capable of scaling with the company's expansion.
