Role Description The Finance Research Intern will support investment and structuring activities through detailed financial and market analysis in a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Delhi Area. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and analyzing financial data on emerging companies, reviewing financial statements, and assisting in the preparation of investment memos and reports.

The intern will help evaluate SME IPO and pre-IPO opportunities,



support financial modeling, and contribute to research on capital market trends and regulatory developments. This role also involves assisting with the preparation of presentations and internal documentation for investment committees and stakeholders. The intern will collaborate with the investment team, maintain organized research databases, and support ongoing projects within the firm’s alternative investment and structured capital initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational knowledge in Finance, including understanding of capital markets and investment concepts.
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and the ability to support forecasting and scenario analysis.
- Ability to interpret and work with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting for companies across sectors.
- Solid Analytical Skills, including quantitative analysis, data interpretation, and attention to detail.
- Comfort with Excel and basic financial modeling; familiarity with PowerPoint for presentations.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
- Capacity to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in SME IPOs, pre-IPO investments, and alternative investment funds is highly beneficial.
