We are looking for a Finance & Pricing Executive who can manage financial analysis, product pricing, profitability, and e-commerce pricing for our business.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of P&L;, product costing, expenses, margins, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis, along with good Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L;) reports.
- Calculate product-wise costing, gross margin, net margin and profitability.
- Create and revise product pricing based on manufacturing cost, operational expenses, marketplace fees and desired margins.
- Manage pricing for Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart and other e-commerce platforms.
- Analyze competitor pricing, discounts, offers and market prices.
- Calculate marketplace-related costs such as commission, shipping, advertising/marketing expenses, returns and other applicable charges.




- Identify products with low margins and suggest pricing or cost optimization strategies.
- Prepare regular sales, expense, margin and profitability reports.
- Work closely with the management team for pricing decisions and business profitability.
- Maintain and manage financial data using MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good understanding of P&L;, costing, margins and pricing.
- Robust analytical and numerical skills.
- Knowledge of e-commerce marketplace pricing and fee structures.
- Ability to analyze competitors and market trends.
- Valuable attention to detail.
- Ability to create reports and present financial insights clearly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
