Key Responsibilities

- Build Scalable Accounting Systems: Set up clean, automated accounting processes and daily reconciliation workflows to handle rapid-growing booking volumes and multiple suppliers across our B2B travel platform.
- Payment & Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate directly with payment gateways, VCC issuers, and merchant banks for best transaction fees and FX rates.
- Multi-Country Accounting, VAT & Entity Compliance: Manage financial books, international taxation, VAT filings, statutory audits, and corporate renewals (CR/trade licenses) across all operating entities.
- FOREX & Treasury Management: Track foreign currency movements, setup hedging, and reduce FX losses on multi-currency bookings and supplier settlements.
- B2B Travel Settlements & Cash Flow:



Oversee high-volume daily payables and receivables—managing credit terms, collections, refunds, and margin tracking across our global agents, GDSs, bedbanks, and direct suppliers.
- Financial Reporting & MIS: Prepare monthly management accounts, cash flow projections, and unit-level profitability reports to give leadership clear visibility on overall business performance.
- Bank & Wallet Reconciliations: Monitor daily cash movements, bank balances, and agent wallet top-ups across multiple accounts to ensure zero leakages and smooth liquidity.

- What We Are Looking For

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred (or equivalent professional qualification or work experience).
- Industry Focus: B2B Travel, OTA, or high-volume E-commerce background preferred.
- Core Skills: Hands-on experience with VCC/Payment Gateway negotiations, FOREX management, and multi-country VAT/tax compliance.
