Role Overview

We are looking for a recently qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Finance team. This role is suited for someone looking to build strong exposure across financial reporting, business finance, budgeting, taxation, compliance, and financial analysis in a fast-paced organization.

The individual will work closely with the Finance leadership and cross-functional teams and will get hands-on exposure to both operational and strategic finance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Support preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Analyse revenue, costs, margins, working capital, and other key business metrics.
- Support month-end and year-end closure activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and coordination with auditors.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation requirements, and internal financial controls.
- Support GST, TDS, corporate tax, and other statutory compliance activities.




- Work with business teams to understand financial performance and provide relevant financial insights.
- Assist in improving finance processes, controls, reporting, and automation initiatives.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic projects undertaken by the Finance leadership team.

Qualifications & Skills

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0–1 year of post-qualification experience .
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; exposure to ERP/accounting systems would be an advantage.
- Ability to work with large datasets and convert financial information into meaningful insights.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.
