Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the Company's financial operations and ensure effective financial planning, reporting, statutory compliance, and regulatory adherence.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day finance and accounting activities, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance. The role will also involve ensuring compliance with RBI and NBFC regulations, strengthening internal financial controls, supporting audits, and providing meaningful financial insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of financial activities.
- Prepare periodical financial statements, management reports, MIS, and financial analysis in accordance with applicable accounting and regulatory requirements.
- Lead budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor and manage cash flows, fund requirements, banking operations, and liquidity.
- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to RBI regulations, NBFC guidelines, accounting standards, and other regulatory requirements.




- Monitor the loan portfolio, financial performance, and key business indicators.
- Support credit risk evaluation, financial risk monitoring, and portfolio analysis.
- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls to improve operational efficiency and mitigate financial risks.
- Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, consultants, bankers, regulators, and other external stakeholders.
- Support internal, statutory, tax, and regulatory audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency within the finance function.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic and business decisions.
- Ensure effective financial governance across asset financing and other financial products.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Skilled qualification such as CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Sound understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Good understanding of NBFC operations, RBI regulations, and financial risk management.
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel, including data analysis and financial modelling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Strong attention to detail, financial discipline, and commitment to regulatory compliance.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Finance & Accounting, Financial Reporting, Taxation, Statutory Compliance, Budgeting, Financial Analysis, Risk Management, and NBFC/RBI Compliance, with the ability to independently manage the finance function and contribute to strategic business decisions.
