We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Chartered Accountant to lead the finance function at Credflow group. This role involves end-to-end ownership of financial operations, investor relations, compliance, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage investor relations and fundraising activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bankers and financial institutions
- Oversee treasury operations and cash flow management
- Lead financial projections, budgeting, and forecasting
- Review and negotiate legal and commercial contracts
- Set up and optimise finance processes and internal controls for NBFC operations
- Monitor regulatory changes and perform impact analysis
- Drive cost optimisation and vendor negotiations
- Track and report key business and financial metrics
- Lead automation initiatives to improve efficiency
- Prepare MIS reports and board-level presentations
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and audit closure
- Ensure full compliance with RBI, secretarial,



and other regulatory requirements
- Ensure direct and indirect taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax)
- Hire, mentor, and manage the finance team
- Handle statutory and internal audits
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure timely RBI compliance and regulatory filings
- Manage direct and indirect taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax)
- Drive finance automation and process improvement initiatives
- Prepare MIS reports for management decision-making
- Maintain and scrutinize accounting entries in Tally
- Support month-end closing and lending reconciliation activities
- Cash flow management

Desired Skills:

- Strong knowledge of NBFC operations, RBI guidelines, and statutory compliance
- Experience in banking relationships, fundraising, and stakeholder communication
- Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling • Familiarity with Companies Act and secretarial matters
- Proficient in Tally, Excel, and financial reporting tools
- Solid leadership, analytical, and communication skills
