Catalyse Advisory LLP is a business consultancy and financial advisory firm focused on empowering clients through deep domain expertise and a result-oriented approach. The firm manages end-to-end accounting, auditing, taxation, valuation, assurance, legal, deal advisory, and portfolio management services. Our offshore accounting practice supports US and UK-based businesses with end-to-end bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting services.

We're looking for a motivated intern to join our growing US offshore accounting team.

Role Overview

As an Accounting Intern, you'll work directly with our team on live client engagements, gaining hands-on exposure to US accounting standards, cloud accounting tools, and cross-border financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity to build a foundation in offshore accounting and international client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and transaction recording for US-based clients
- Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations




- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Help prepare financial statements, reports, and month-end closing schedules
- Categorize and clean up transaction data in accounting software
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as per client requirements
- Coordinate with team members to meet reporting deadlines

What We're Looking For

- Pursuing or recently completed B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, CMA, or a related finance/accounting qualification
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (US GAAP knowledge is a plus)
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho Books preferred
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work US-aligned hours (02:30 PM IST to 10:30 PM IST)
