Job Title: Finance Executive - Accounts & Reporting

Job Summary The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely processing of transactions, and supporting the business with financial insights aligned with company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts & Bookkeeping

Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions

Handle accounts payable and receivable processes

Record daily entries, invoices, and expense tracking

Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts regularly

2. Billing & Payments

Generate and verify invoices for customers and vendors

Ensure timely collection of receivables and follow-ups

Process vendor payments and maintain payment schedules

Monitor cash flow and highlight any discrepancies

3. Financial Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports

Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial summaries





Support budgeting and forecasting activities

Handle end-to-end salary and incentive processing, including calculation,

validation, disbursement, and maintenance of records in compliance with company policies.

Track expenses against budgets and report variances

4. Coordination & Support

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, inventory) for financial data

Ensure adherence to company financial policies and SOPs

Key Skills & Competencies

Adequate knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally)

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Valuable communication and coordination abilities

Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks

Required Experience

1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles

Experience in retail, jewellery, or lifestyle industry preferred

Knowledge of GST and basic taxation
