ROLE SUMMARY

As a Finance Associate at Mezink, you will be part of a lean, high-ownership finance team handling the full spectrum of accounting, compliance, and reporting across multiple jurisdictions. This is not a back-seat role — you'll own processes end-to-end in a remote-first, startup environment.

POSITION DETAILS

•⁠ ⁠Location: Remote (India)

•⁠ ⁠Employment: Full time

•⁠ ⁠Qualification: Chartered Accountant — cleared CA Final in maximum 2 attempts or semi-qualified CA with 2-3 years of experience

•⁠ ⁠Experience: Fresher (0–1 year post-qualification)

•⁠ ⁠Department: Finance & Accounts

•⁠ ⁠Entities: India, Singapore, UAE, Indonesia, Malaysia

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Taxation & Compliance

•⁠ ⁠Prepare and file TDS returns, GST compliance, Income Tax returns and forms

•⁠ ⁠Ensure MCA compliance — including MGT-7 and AOC-4 filings

Financial Statements & Reporting

•⁠ ⁠Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements across entities

•⁠ ⁠Maintain books of accounts across entities; support statutory and internal audits





•⁠ ⁠Assist in MIS reporting and management dashboards

Accounts Payable & Receivable

•⁠ ⁠Process creator payouts, and inter-company transactions

•⁠ ⁠Manage AR — raise Tax Invoices, track collections, follow up on overdue receivables

•⁠ ⁠Reconcile bank statements, vendor ledgers, and customer accounts monthly

General Finance Operations

•⁠ ⁠Handle multi-currency AP/AR and forex entries (SGD, AED, IDR, USD)

•⁠ ⁠Review contracts, consulting agreements, and vendor MSAs from a finance/compliance lens

•⁠ ⁠Work on Google Sheets / Excel for data management; Zoho Books preferred

ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS

•⁠ ⁠Qualified CA — CA Final cleared in maximum 2 attempts (both groups combined)

•⁠ ⁠0–1 year of post-qualification experience

•⁠ ⁠Strong grounding in Indian taxation — GST, TDS, Income Tax

•⁠ ⁠Working knowledge of financial statements and audit support

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup

•⁠ ⁠Strong written communication in English
