Based in India and working on-site, this Finance Analyst role is ideal for early-career professionals ready to grow into finance leadership through hands-on exposure to real business impact.

Role & Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports tracking revenue, cost centers, and margin performance across product lines and client programs.
- Assist in building and maintaining dynamic Excel/Google Sheets models to forecast cash flow, budget variances, and P&L; trends.
- Reconcile internal finance data with external systems (ERP, payment gateways, banking platforms) to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.
- Support senior finance team in preparing board-ready presentations, dashboards, and investor summaries using Power BI or Tableau.
- Automate routine finance tasks using macros,



pivot tables, or basic scripting (VBA/Python) to improve reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Ops teams to understand business drivers and translate them into financial KPIs.

- Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Macros)
- Power BI / Tableau
- Financial Modeling
- ERP Systems (Tally, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books)
- Basic Accounting Principles
- Financial Reporting

- Experience with Google Sheets Advanced Functions
- Exposure to SaaS or EdTech finance models
