About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented skilled to join our Finance Advisory & Consulting team. The role will focus on General Ledger management, financial reporting, MIS reporting, financial analysis, and accounting advisory for client engagements.

The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and review General Ledger activities for assigned clients.
- Review journal entries, bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Lead month-end closing activities and ensure timely completion of financial reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
- Prepare MIS reports, management dashboards, and financial analysis.
- Analyse financial data and provide meaningful insights to support management decision-making.
- Identify accounting and reporting issues and support appropriate resolution.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial records and reports.
- Support process improvements and standardisation of finance and accounting processes.




- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of assignments.
- Assist with accounting software implementation and process automation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

- CA Finalist, CA Inter, CMA Finalist, MBA (Finance), M.Com, or B.Com with relevant experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Advisory.
- Experience in a CA firm, consulting firm, shared services, outsourced accounting, BPO, or GCC environment is preferred.
