About the RoleWe’re looking for a creative and product-minded UI/UX Designer Intern who can design modern, visually engaging digital experiences — not just standard templates.

At Linkup Web, we build websites, landing pages, web applications and digital experiences for brands and businesses. We’re looking for someone who understands that a great website should be functional, visually strong, memorable and aligned with the brand.

If you enjoy exploring modern website trends, creative layouts, typography, visual hierarchy, interactions and new design ideas, this role is for you.

What You’ll Work On

- Design modern and responsive website interfaces using Figma
- Create website layouts, landing pages and web application interfaces
- Develop creative design concepts based on brand identity and business goals
- Build wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs
- Work on typography, spacing, color systems, grids and visual hierarchy
- Create reusable components and maintain design consistency
- Research contemporary UI/UX and web design trends for inspiration
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Improve existing designs based on usability and visual feedback
- Think beyond templates and create original, brand-focused experiences

What We’re Looking For
- Strong working knowledge of Figma
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles




- Strong visual sense and attention to detail
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh design ideas
- Understanding of responsive web design
- Good knowledge of typography, colors, spacing and visual hierarchy
- Ability to understand a brand and translate its personality into design
- Basic understanding of user experience and user flows
- A portfolio or design projects that demonstrate your creativity

You’ll Stand Out If You
- Follow modern website and digital product design trends
- Can explain why you made a particular design decision
- Experiment with layouts instead of relying only on templates
- Understand how design can support business goals and conversions
- Have experience with design systems, components and prototypes
- Have explored tools such as Framer, Webflow or other modern design/prototyping tools

ImportantWe are not looking for someone who only knows how to create basic Canva/Figma templates. We’re looking for someone who can look at a brand and think:

“How can we make this experience look different, feel premium and actually represent the brand?”
