? Position: Field Technician
? Location: Trivandrum
? Work Type: On-site / Field-based
? Experience: 1–3 years in field servicing, maintenance, or technical support
? What You'll Do:
- Install and service Aéromé’s ambient fragrance machines at client locations
- Conduct regular maintenance and preventive checks
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly
- Coordinate with Operations & Logistics teams for timely service
- Maintain accurate records of installations, services and parts used
- Provide on-site feedback on equipment performance and customer experience
- Ensure cleanliness, safety and professionalism during every client visit
? What We're Looking For:
✅ Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✅ Good communication and client-handling abilities
✅ Hands-on technical mindset
✅ Willingness to travel within the assigned region
✅ Ability to work independently and manage field responsibilities
