Field Technician –

Role Overview

A Field Technician is responsible for on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment or systems at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

Visit customer sites for installation, servicing, and maintenance work

Perform troubleshooting and fault diagnosis of devices/systems

Handle equipment setup, testing, and commissioning

Ensure proper cabling, wiring, and connectivity at site

Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth execution

Maintain daily reports, site photos, and documentation

Follow safety standards and company procedures

Provide basic training or guidance to customers (if required)

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of electrical/electronics and networking

Ability to use tools like drilling machine, testing devices, etc.

Valuable problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to travel frequently and work on-site

Time management and disciplin
