We are looking for a technically skilled Field System Service Engineer to provide on-site installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support for IT infrastructure systems. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working at customer locations and resolving hardware, networking, and system-related issues.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and infrastructure systems

- Provide on-site technical support at customer locations

- Troubleshoot desktops, servers, network devices, printers, and peripherals

- Install and configure operating systems, software, and applications

- Diagnose and resolve hardware and networking issues

- Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks

- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, and routers

- Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams for escalated issues

- Maintain service reports, installation records, and customer documentation

- Respond to customer service calls and ensure timely issue resolution

- Support AMC / service contracts and maintain customer relationships

- Travel to client sites as required
