Role Description The Field Technical Professional is a full-time, hybrid role based in Uttar Pradesh, India, with some flexibility for work from home. This role involves providing on-site technical support for installed equipment, conducting inspections, and performing routine maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, documenting service activities, and preparing technical reports. The role also requires coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex problems, supporting installation and commissioning tasks, and offering clear guidance to customers on product usage and best practices.

The Field Technical





Professional will interact regularly with clients to address service requests, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold company quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues systematically.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting capabilities for mechanical, electrical, and system-level problems.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support experience, including on-site assistance, installation support, and maintenance activities.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, focusing on responsiveness, professionalism, and relationship-building.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related field) is preferred.
- Experience in field service, industrial equipment, or energy efficiency systems is an advantage.
- Ability to travel within Uttar Pradesh and occasionally to other locations as required, with adherence to safety protocols.
- Proficiency in using standard diagnostic tools, basic computer applications, and preparing technical documentation.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in both field and remote settings.
