About the Role

NeuralBits Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Field Technical Support Engineer to support our enterprise healthcare applications across Koramangala and Bengaluru.

NeuralBits is a growing HealthTech company providing digital healthcare solutions to 700+ hospitals across India.

The selected candidate will work closely with hospitals, provide product training to hospital staff, assist customers with application usage, and resolve basic technical issues related to Android tablets, Wi-Fi, hardware, and software.

Candidates with prior experience in HealthTech, Hospital Software/HMIS, Healthcare SaaS, Medical Devices, Hospital IT Support, or similar field-support roles will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide on-site training and product demonstrations to hospital staff.
- Handhold customers during implementation and day-to-day product usage.
- Resolve basic technical issues related to Android tablets, Wi-Fi, hardware, connectivity, and applications.
- Address customer queries regarding product features and functionality.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Identify and report software bugs and coordinate with the development team for resolution and ETA.
- Understand hospital workflows and customer pain points and recommend suitable product features.
- Conduct regular hospital visits and provide on-site technical assistance whenever required.
- Coordinate internally with Support, Implementation, and Technology teams for issue resolution.

Customer Engagement
- Build and maintain professional relationships with hospital staff and key users.
- Understand customer expectations, product usage patterns,



and adoption challenges.
- Encourage effective product utilisation through regular training and support.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through prompt communication and issue resolution.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience in Field Technical Support, Application Support, Implementation, Customer Support, or Technical Customer Service preferred.
- Candidates from HealthTech, Hospital Software/HMIS, Healthcare SaaS, Medical Devices, Hospital IT, or related industries will be preferred.
- Good understanding of Android devices/tablets, Wi-Fi, applications, and basic hardware troubleshooting.
- Solid communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable travelling regularly to hospitals and client locations across Bengaluru.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- Travelling expenses for official client visits will be reimbursed as per company policy.

Language Requirements Candidate should be able to communicate effectively in:

- Kannada
- Hindi
- English

Preferred Candidate We are particularly interested in candidates who have previously worked in a hospital/healthcare environment or supported healthcare software and applications and are comfortable interacting directly with doctors, nurses, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
