HIRING | FIELD SUPERVISORS ?

Locations: Bangalore & Hyderabad

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 6 months – 1 year in Field Operations / Field Work

Eligibility & Requirements

Local candidates from Bangalore / Hyderabad only Own two-wheeler (Bike/Scooty) is mandatory

Minimum 6 months – 1 year of field experience

Positive communication and coordination skills

Willingness to travel to assigned factories

Ability to manage daily field activities and reporting

Job Responsibilities

Visit assigned factories Deliver and collect company devices

Monitor production activities

Coordinate with factory teams

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Submit daily updates and reports

Handle field-level coordination and follow-ups

Travel Policy

If assigned outside the city, company-arranged travel will be provided. TA/DA reimbursement up to ₹700/day will be provided.

Training

Bangalore: First-day training at Bangalore office

Hyderabad: Virtual training
