About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of packaging machinery and automation equipment at customer sites.

The role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, customer-handling abilities, and willingness to travel extensively across India to ensure reliable machine performance and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, and service packaging machinery and automation equipment at customer locations.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
- Provide technical support and operational guidance to customers.
- Prepare service reports, service call logs, and spare-parts usage records.
- Coordinate with internal service teams and head office for escalation and issue resolution.
- Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities and spare-parts management.
- Assist with machine trials, demonstrations, pre-sales technical discussions, and project execution.

Qualifications & Experience
- ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in industrial machinery servicing.
- Experience in packaging machinery, industrial automation, end-of-line packaging systems, or capital equipment will be preferred.





Required Technical & Soft Skills
- Working knowledge of PLC systems, electrical panels, sensors, drives, and pneumatic systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to work independently at customer sites.

Job Requirements

- Willingness to travel frequently across India for machine installation and service support.
- Flexibility to work extended hours based on service requirements.
- Strong discipline in documentation, reporting, and service compliance.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and technical competency.
