Field Sales Executive – Quick Commerce

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive – Quick Commerce to expand our local market presence, generate new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with local stores, vendors, partners, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily field visits and identify new business opportunities.

Generate leads through market visits, referrals, networking, and local outreach.

Identify and onboard new stores, vendors, and business partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local business partners.

Explain company products, services, and partnership perks to potential partners.

Follow up with leads and convert them into active business opportunities.

Coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding and execution.

Monitor local market activities and competitor presence.

Maintain records of field visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.





Report market feedback and new business opportunities to the management.

Requirements

0–2 years of experience in Field Sales, BDE, Business Development, Marketing, Retail, FMCG, Quick Commerce, or similar roles.

Freshers with good communication skills and confidence are welcome to apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with daily field visits and local travel.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Ability to build relationships with local businesses.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, FMCG, Retail, Field Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, Delivery Operations, or Local Market Development will be preferred.
