Role Overview:

Conkart is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive business growth across assigned territories. The role involves managing a field sales team, developing dealer/contractor networks, and expanding Conkarts presence in the construction ecosystem

Urgent Hiring: Field Sales Executive

- Location: Surat / Vapi / Valsad
- Salary: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Petrol Allowance
- Two-wheeler mandatory
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (10 AM 7 PM), Saturday (10 AM 3:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit contractors, builders, developers, architects, interior designers, dealers, and construction sites in the assigned area




- Generate new buyers and onboard them on the Conkart platform
- Identify and onboard dealers, distributors, manufacturers, and suppliers as sellers
- Promote and demonstrate Conkarts digital ordering platform
- Achieve monthly sales and order targets
- Build strong relationships and generate repeat business
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights
- Maintain daily visit reports and lead updates

Preferred Candidate:
- 2 - 5 years of experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales
- Construction Materials / Building Products / Banking / E-commerce / Marketplace preferred
- Positive communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with field travel and site visits
- Must own a bike with a valid license
- Local area knowledge preferred
