Requirements REQUIREMENTS

- Service oriented/ Seva-Bhav: Public sensitivity, duty-first mindset
- Basic reading and writing skills, ability to conduct mobile phone surveys
- 10/12th pass
- General knowledge about government schemes
- Strong locals connect with people
- Must possess strong communication, leadership, and community outreach skills.
- Have an understanding of local issues/demography/geography
- Knowledge of local dialect
- No form of political alignment (eg: party karyakarta)

DUTIES:
- Everyday 20 door-to-door household outreach to conduct interviews.
- Total 15-20 wards/villages to be assigned per person, to conduct interviews.




- Downloading and registration of “a” app.
- Conduct interviews related to income, health, government schemes, political, social, corporate surveys and local issues
- Report to office staff daily
- Product sampling, on-ground project monitoring
- KYC documentation, collection, photos and videos of projects and process.
- Meeting Sarpanch, Gyani vakti, BDOs, GramSadiv etc

DON’TS, NON-NEGOTIABLE
- No intimidation or bullying behavior
- No unauthorized collection, or misuse of authority will be tolerated
- Strictly no tobacco/alcohol/gutka/paan/cigarette/bidi indulgence
- No lapse in dedication to duty
- No politicized behavior leading to unnecessary conflicts
