Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Recruiter with hands-on experience in volume/mass hiring, preferably in the Banking, E-commerce, BFSI, Delivery, Sales, or Operations domains.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field recruitment, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, conducting walk-in drives, and closing high-volume requirements within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end volume/mass recruitment for Banking and E-commerce requirements.
- Source candidates through field visits, job portals, referrals, social media, local networks, and walk-in drives.
- Conduct and coordinate walk-in interviews and recruitment drives.




- Screen candidates based on job requirements and coordinate interviews with the hiring team.
- Manage large-scale hiring targets and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Conduct field-level candidate engagement and follow-ups.
- Coordinate candidate documentation, joining formalities, and onboarding.
- Track daily sourcing, interview, selection, and joining numbers.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain regular recruitment MIS and provide hiring updates to management.
