Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Real Estate Executive to conduct on-ground property surveys, collect and verify real estate data, and maintain accurate property records. The role involves extensive field visits and interaction with property owners, brokers, agents, and local contacts to gather reliable property and location information.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits to collect property, location, and market-related data.
- Survey and document residential, commercial, and land properties.
- Visit properties to verify details such as location, property type, size, usage, availability, and surrounding infrastructure.
- Meet and coordinate with property owners, brokers, agents, developers, and local contacts to collect relevant information.
- Verify existing property records and identify outdated, missing, or inaccurate information.
- Update property databases and records with accurate field-verified information.
- Capture property photographs, location details, and other required documentation during field visits.
- Collect information on nearby roads, amenities, landmarks, commercial activity, and other relevant location factors.
- Maintain proper records of daily field visits, properties surveyed, contacts made, and data collected.
- Report discrepancies or changes identified during field verification to the concerned team.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned property surveys.
- Follow assigned routes, schedules, and field-visit targets.




- Ensure all collected information is accurate, complete, and supported by field observations or appropriate sources.

Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Any Graduate / Diploma qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, Google Maps, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned location.
- Should be comfortable meeting property owners and brokers.
- Knowledge of the local area will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Good knowledge of the local area and surrounding locations.
- Comfortable interacting with property owners, brokers, and local contacts.
- Basic knowledge of Google Maps, GPS/location tools, smartphones, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to collect, verify, and accurately record information.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid driving licence and own two-wheeler are preferred.
