Role Description The Field Marketing Representative role at Purple Interior House Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The individual in this role will promote the company’s interior design services in designated field locations, engage prospective clients, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting targeted areas, presenting service offerings, distributing marketing materials, and gathering customer feedback.

The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with local partners, tracking campaign performance, and reporting field insights to the marketing and sales teams.

Qualifications

- Solid Field Marketing and sales activation skills, with the ability to implement and support local campaigns.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, address inquiries, and represent the brand professionally.
- Proven Relationship Building and Sales abilities to nurture contacts, convert leads, and support revenue objectives.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, travel within assigned areas, and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in field marketing, sales, or customer-facing roles, preferably in design, real estate, or related industries.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and comfort using digital tools for reporting and lead tracking.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, professional demeanor, and commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive customer interaction.
