Role Description The Field Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Dholpur, Rajasthan. The intern will support community outreach activities, assist in organizing and conducting awareness campaigns, and help implement field programs related to education and health initiatives.

Daily responsibilities include gathering and documenting field data, engaging with community members and local stakeholders,



and supporting training sessions or workshops under the guidance of project staff. The intern will contribute to project reporting, manage basic field-level challenges, and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth program execution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective interaction with community members and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, support field data collection and resolve basic operational challenges.
- Candidates should possess Training and facilitation skills to assist in conducting workshops, awareness sessions, and capacity-building activities.
- Ability to work on-site in diverse, low-resource settings with cultural sensitivity and respect.
- Interest in social impact, community development, or the non-profit sector; prior volunteer or fieldwork experience is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in documentation, reporting, and using common digital tools.
- Relevant academic background in social work, social sciences, development studies, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
