We are now expanding across Bengaluru and looking for someone to take these products directly to the market.

About the Role

We are looking for a Field Growth Executive who will be responsible for building our presence across Bengaluru's healthcare and education ecosystem.

This is a field focused role where you will meet hospitals, schools, and decision-makers, understand their requirements, introduce the right product, conduct demos, follow up, and help convert opportunities into customers.

You will be one of the key faces of MedOrbit and Edvation in the market.

What You'll Do

- Visit hospitals, clinics, schools, and educational institutions across Bengaluru.
- Identify and connect with decision-makers such as hospital administrators, doctors, principals, and management.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Understand customer problems and identify where MedOrbit or Edvation can help.
- Conduct product demos and explain the products in simple, non-technical language.
- Manage follow-ups and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Handle objections, commercial discussions,



and support closures.
- Build strong relationships across the healthcare and education ecosystem.
- Share customer feedback and market insights with the product and leadership teams.
- Work towards monthly business and growth targets.

What We're Looking For

- 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, field sales, SaaS, EdTech, HealthTech, or B2B technology.
- Freshers with strong communication and confidence are welcome.
- Kannada and English are mandatory.
- Comfortable with regular field visits and face-to-face meetings.
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to take ownership.
- Curious about AI and technology and willing to learn.

Good to Have

- Experience in HealthTech, EdTech, SaaS, or B2B sales.
- Existing network among hospitals, doctors, schools, or educational institutions.
- Experience with product demos and closing deals.
- Existing Bengaluru healthcare or education network.
