Role Description The Field Associate is a full time, remote role focused on engaging with users who are considering or currently taking a career break. On a day-to-day basis, the Field Associate will communicate with users via digital channels, gather feedback on their needs and experiences, and guide them to appropriate resources on the platform. The role involves documenting user interactions, identifying common challenges, and collaborating with internal teams to improve tools and content for career break planning.

The Field

Associate may also assist with basic outreach activities, support online events or webinars,



and help maintain accurate user records and reports.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage empathetically and professionally with individuals in transition.
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple user interactions, track follow-ups, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Comfort with remote work tools and digital platforms, including video conferencing, online collaboration suites, and customer support systems.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to recognize user needs, identify patterns in feedback, and suggest practical improvements.
- Adaptability and resilience when working with a wide range of personal and professional situations, maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
- Previous experience in customer support, outreach, counseling, or community engagement is beneficial.
