Role Description The FEA Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for performing finite element analysis for offshore and marine structures and systems. Day-to-day tasks include developing and validating FEA models, conducting structural and fatigue analyses,



and assessing the integrity and performance of components and assemblies under various loading and environmental conditions. The role involves preparing technical reports, design documentation, and calculation notes, and collaborating with structural, subsea, and marine engineering teams to support design decisions across fabrication, transportation, installation, and in-place phases.

The FEA Analyst will work with specialized engineering software, participate in design reviews, help optimize designs for safety and cost-effectiveness, and ensure compliance with relevant industry codes, standards, and client specifications. The position may also involve supporting proposal work, contributing to internal best practices, and providing technical input for training related to analysis tools.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in finite element analysis and structural mechanics, including experience with linear and non-linear analysis, static and dynamic loading, and fatigue assessment.
- Proficiency with FEA and structural analysis software (e.g., ANSYS) and the ability to build, mesh and build models for offshore and marine applications.
- Knowledge of offshore and marine structural design principles, including jackets, topsides, risers, moorings, and floating structures, and familiarity with relevant industry standards and codes.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret results critically
