Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in moradabad location branch in the Gynecology Department for a BAMS-qualified Female doctor. The doctor will provide outpatient and inpatient care to gynecology patients, including taking detailed histories, performing clinical examinations, and developing appropriate treatment plans aligned with Ayurvedic and integrative care principles. Daily responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, maintaining accurate medical records, prescribing and managing Ayurvedic medications and therapies, and coordinating with nursing and support staff for safe and effective patient care.

The role also involves counseling patients and families on preventive health, reproductive health, and wellness, contributing to health education initiatives, and participating in case discussions and clinical meetings. The doctor will adhere to institutional protocols,



ensure high standards of ethical and evidence-informed practice, and support community health and awareness activities as needed.

Qualifications & Key Responsibility

- BAMS degree from a recognized institution with valid State registration, preferably with experience or training in gynecology or women’s health.
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and management within Ayurvedic and integrative healthcare settings.
- Ability to provide compassionate, gender-sensitive care, including counseling on reproductive and maternal health and preventive wellness.
- Good knowledge of Ayurvedic medicines, Panchakarma and other relevant therapies, with safe prescription and monitoring practices.
- Proficiency in maintaining clear, accurate medical documentation and using basic hospital information systems.
- Effective communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to explain treatment plans and health education concepts to patients and families.
- Collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams, including gynecologists, other doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals.
- Willingness to participate in health education, community outreach, and wellness programs aligned with the organization’s mission.
- Strong ethical standards, reliability,



and commitment to patient safety and confidentiality.
- Prior experience in hospital or clinic settings and familiarity with patient .
- Assist in Opd , IPD & Day cars Gynecology patient management .
- Conduct routine patient assessment .
- Assist with antenatal & Postnatal Patient care .
- Moniter Patient During Ward Round .
- Manage in emergency gynaecologist cases.
