What your day-to-day will look like

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of food and beverage services across one or multiple facilities.
- Develop and implement innovative menu offerings aligned with client expectations, dietary preferences, and industry trends.
- Manage budgets, inventory, procurement, and cost-control initiatives to ensure operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and service quality.
- Lead, coach, and develop food and beverage teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support meetings, events, and special functions.
- Monitor service performance, analyze customer feedback, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.




- Drive vendor management and maintain strong relationships with food service partners and suppliers.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in food service management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Sound knowledge of food safety regulations, quality standards, and operational best practices.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, when business needs require.

Preferred Qualifications

- Masters degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience managing corporate dining, hospitality, or high-volume food service operations.
- Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) or equivalent food safety certification.
- Experience driving sustainability and waste-reduction initiatives within food service operations.
- Knowledge of global cuisines, emerging culinary trends, and diverse dining preferences.
- Proficiency in an additional language is an advantage.
