108TYM is a contemporary luxury fashion brand specializing in premium menswear that combines modern design with Indian craftsmanship. We are building a distinctive design language rooted in understated luxury, refined silhouettes, quality construction, and contemporary interpretations of Indian design.

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and detail oriented Fashion Designer Intern to join our design team. This opportunity is ideal for a fashion design student or recent graduate who wants hands on experience and exposure to the complete fashion design and product development process.

Freshers with no prior professional experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

- Assist the design team in developing seasonal collections.
- Conduct research on fashion trends, Indian craftsmanship, textiles, silhouettes, colours, trims, and embroidery techniques.
- Create mood boards, inspiration boards, concept presentations, and design presentations.
- Assist in developing new design concepts and silhouettes.
- Create technical fashion sketches and garment flats using Adobe Illustrator.
- Assist in preparing tech packs, specification sheets, and other design documentation.
- Assist with fabric, trim, accessory, and surface development.
- Coordinate with pattern makers, sampling units, embroiderers, and production teams.
- Assist during garment fittings and communicate design corrections.
- Maintain sample, swatch, and design archives.
- Maintain design trackers and product information using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist with research, presentations, and day to day design requirements.
- Support photoshoots, campaign preparation, styling requirements, and collection launches when required.
- Use AI tools for design research, visual exploration, mood boards, presentations, image generation, and creative ideation.




- Assist the design team with day to day coordination and administrative design tasks.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with no prior professional experience are welcome to apply.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of garment construction, fabrics, pattern making, and garment development.
- Strong creative thinking and visual sense.
- Good attention to detail.
- Strong willingness to learn and take feedback.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced design workplace.
- Genuine interest in luxury fashion and menswear.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with fashion design projects through college or personal projects.
- Understanding of Indian textiles, crafts, embroidery, and traditional techniques.
- Basic knowledge of tech packs and garment specifications.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or InDesign.
- Interest in AI assisted creative workflows.
- Good organisational and time management skills.

- Duration: 4 Months
- Stipend: ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 per month, based on skills and suitability
