Role Description This is a full-time, in office Fashion Consultant role based in Mehrauli/ Chattarpur, New Delhi.

The Fashion

Consultant will assist clients with personalized styling, including recommending garments, drapes, and accessories that align with their preferences, body type, and occasion. Daily responsibilities include greeting and engaging customers, understanding their needs, showcasing collections, and providing guidance on fits, fabrics, and styling combinations. The role also involves maintaining product displays,



staying up to date with brand collections and fashion trends, and collaborating with the sales and design teams to support overall store performance.

The Fashion

Consultant will handle customer queries, ensure a premium shopping experience, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

- Strong Product Knowledge and understanding of fabrics, drapes, surface texturing, and current fashion trends.
- Proven Fashion Consulting and styling skills, with the ability to create looks tailored to diverse client needs.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and collaborate with internal teams.
- Customer Service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering a premium in-store experience.
- Sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, and supporting the achievement of store revenue goals.
- Prior experience in fashion retail, luxury or designer wear environments is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, including weekends and peak festive seasons, as part of a scheduled roster.
- Relevant education in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field is an advantage.
