Job Title: Senior Farm & Bio-Agri Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced skilled with strong expertise in biotechnology/agriculture to manage farm operations, Panchagavya-based product processing, and livestock care. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end farm supervision, product development, field visits, and systematic record management.

Key Responsibilities

 Oversee preparation and processing of farm-based products such as Panchagavya, organic fertilizers, and bio-inputs.

 Manage daily farm operations including cattle care, poultry, and other livestock.

 Ensure proper feeding, health monitoring, and hygiene of farm animals.

 Conduct regular field visits to monitor crop health, soil condition, and input effectiveness.  Develop and implement biotechnology-based agricultural practices.

 Maintain accurate records of production, livestock, feed, yield, and farm inputs.

 Update and manage data in digital systems (Excel/software/ERP).

 Follow up on farm activities, schedules, and reporting to management.

 Ensure compliance with organic farming and sustainability practices.





 Coordinate with marketing/sales teams for product positioning and field feedback.

Core Knowledge Required

 Panchagavya preparation and application techniques

 Organic farming and natural agriculture practices  Livestock management (cows, poultry, etc.)

 Soil health, composting, and bio-fertilizers

 Biotechnology applications in agriculture

Skills & Qualifications

 Strong practical knowledge of farming and livestock handling

 Experience in farm product processing and organic inputs

 Good documentation, reporting, and system management skills

 Ability to conduct field visits and hands-on supervision

 Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Education:

 B.Sc / M.Sc in Agriculture / Biotechnology / Microbiology or related field KPIs

 Farm productivity and yield improvement

 Quality and consistency of Panchagavya & farm products

 Livestock health and mortality rate

 Accuracy of records and reporting

 Implementation of sustainable farming practices
