Job Location:- Hyderabad

Role Overview

Factory Head to lead and manage the day-to-day operations at manufacturing unit. This leadership role is ideal for professionals with robust operational, technical, and people management skills who can drive efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end operations of the manufacturing facility at Hyderabad.
- Plan, monitor, and ensure timely production of custom equipment as per client specifications.
- Lead production, quality control, maintenance, safety, and dispatch teams.
- Implement lean manufacturing practices, cost control measures, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and sales teams for seamless project execution.
- Ensure strict compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and all statutory regulations.
- Manage workforce allocation, training, motivation, and performance evaluation.
- Prepare and present production reports, operational KPIs,



and improvement plans to senior management.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 10+ years in manufacturing; preferably in construction material handling equipment, heavy machinery, or fabrication industry.
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
- Leadership Skills: Experience leading multi-disciplinary factory teams.
- Technical Knowledge: Exposure to manufacturing, fabrication, mechanical Engineering, hydraulics, or electrical systems is preferred.
- Tools: Familiarity with ERP, production planning software, and lean tools.
- Certifications: Exposure to ISO standards, safety audits, and industrial regulations.
